Tabayyun is the ACRPS's Arab academic journal devoted to cultural studies and philosophy. The journal's name, which translates into "discernment", refers to the intellectual research process in philosophical and cultural studies in terms of interrogation, critique, review, and the raising of questions of deconstruction and transgression. Tabayyun focuses on the nature and function of this process and its critical, intellectual and conceptual tools, thus continuing Arab critical interest since the age of the Arab Awakening.
