Abstract

Déclaration. Ceci n'est pas un manifeste (English title, Declaration: this is Not a Manifesto) by Antonio Negri and Michael Hardt, is one of the most significant books to emerge on the political philosophy of the Arab Spring. In the book, Negri explains the key concepts and methods used by him and Hardt to analyze the concept of Empire, and the new forms of power and counter-power that are shaping and reshaping our world today. This is the fourth book co-authored by Hardt and Negri and builds on their previous writings on empire and multitudes.
