This is a matter for discussion and exchange of opinions, not for issuing fatwas. As such, for the moment I am only participating in thinking, explaining and discussing by casting light on certain matters of principle and of jurisprudence, from two complementary angles: a methodological principles-based approach, and an applied jurisprudential approach.
