Volume 7|Issue 25| Summer 2018 |Book Reviews

Abstract

Kamal Abdullatif’s book can be said to be both audacious and balanced. It offers a major contribution to contemporary Arab political thought, revitalizing a number of questions long ignored by the mainstream of “reformist” Arab thinking. Coming in the wake of the popular revolutions known as the Arab Spring, Abdullatif’s book revisits a number of pressing issues.
