Abstract

This paper analyses the discourse of justice in contemporary Arab thought, identifying some of its basic manifestations, indicating its various relationships and examining its general and specific context. The study relies on a preliminary corpus of discourses and texts composed by contemporary Arab thinkers, with the aim of extracting a set of common elements and rules that regulate this discourse and its direction.
