The Fifth Annual Conference for the Social Sciences and the Humanities: The Question of Freedom in Contemporary Arab Thought

Abstract

The ACRPS held the Fifth Annual Conference for the Social Sciences and the Humanities in Doha from March 12-14, 2016. This year the conference addressed two parallel themes: "The Question of Freedom in Contemporary Arab Thought" and "The Arab City: Challenges of Urbanization in Transforming Societies." This report deals with the first subject.
